Our Subsidiaries

Releta Brewing Company, LLC, DBA (doing business as) Olde Saratoga Brewing Company (OSBC), became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mendocino Brewing Company in the year 1997. OSBC commissioned a new state-of-the-art brewery at the historic city of Saratoga Springs, NY, known for its natural springs and horse racing. OSBC brews handcrafted brands of Mendocino Brewing Company and Kingfisher Premium Lager Beer at its facility. In addition, it brews the local's favorites, Olde Saratoga Lager and Olde Saratoga IPA. Lager is brewed in the grand tradition of the Vienna Lagers of Austria and Marzenbiers of Munich. OSBC brews products of other craft brewers in the North East on contract. The adjoining family-friendly Tasting Room offers visitors its fine brews fresh on tap, wearable and gift items. The kids can try a sampling of the Olde Saratoga Root Beer in a souvenir glass made just for the kids!

United Breweries International (UK) Limited located in the United Kingdom became Company's wholly owned subsidiary in the year 2001. UBSN Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of UBI (UK), distribute Kingfisher Premium Lager Beer across Europe (including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom). Kingfisher Premium Lager Beer, enjoyed in over 55 countries, is very popular in over 6500 licensed Indian restaurants in the United Kingdom.
